I had a great time working with Emma during my student teaching (still can't believe that's over!) and was so happy to take her family photos. For future reference...dusk+forest = bad idea. So many mosquitoes!! We still got some really cute shots and may be looking to add to these this fall or winter :)

Owen - Already 9 Months!

I can't believe how fast this little cutie is growing up! I've had the honor of shooting his 3 and 6 month photos, and this was our 3rd shoot for his 9 months. Only a few short months until the big 1 year! He's sitting up on his own now and still as sweet as ever :)

The Gilson Family

I've known this family for quite some time (One of those my uncle-by-marriage's brother sort of things :-P) so this shoot was a lot of fun. I can't believe how big the kids are getting already! We had a great shoot at Cantigny Gardens, and despite some drizzle and humidity, we got some great shots!

Alison & Lucy's 1st Birthday Party!

I was so excited to see how much Alison and Lucy had grown since our 8 month shoot! They were so much fun and had a great 1st birthday party with lots of pink and a princess cake, and not to forget their giant stuffed animals! I loved capturing the little moments of the day :)

Newborn Mia :-)

I was so excited to do another newborn shoot! Mia was so sweet and sleepy the entire shoot after she got used to the sound of my shutter. I usually allow extra time in a shoot in case the little ones need to relax or eat, but I had lots of extra time since she was so calm to get lots of great shots :)
